In partnership with HR Chally Group, Mercer Human Resource Consulting conducted an in-depth study of the relationship between HR and Sales via interviews with executives from Fortune 1,000 companies. By collecting opinions from 100 executives in both HR and Sales, Mercer identified the practices that set apart those organizations that had built the strongest partnership between Sales and HR and uncovered the barriers that prevent stronger relationships.
